Shipping policy

Shipping and Processing Time:

• The processing and handling time of your order depends on various factors, such as the number of items you have ordered, whether we have all raw materials in stock, and the number of other orders received before yours.

• It takes approximately 2 to 10 business days to manufacture your products. Shipping takes place on the day after completion, provided that this day is a working day; otherwise, it will be on the next working day.

• All products are shipped with Deutsche Post or DHL. The shipping time depends on Deutsche Post or DHL and can take 2 to 14 business days. It may take longer for international shipments.

• If shipping as a letter or parcel is selected at checkout, no tracking number will be provided.

• If shipping as a package is selected, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number as soon as your package has been shipped.
