By visiting our website and making a purchase, you agree to our Terms and Conditions, as well as our Shipping and Return Policy. You acknowledge the safety instructions, product care guidelines, and are aware of the measuring requirements.
Ordering:

Full prepayment of the total invoice amount is required for all orders. We will not begin processing your order until the full payment is received.

The processing and handling time of your order depend on the order quantity, availability of stock, and other current orders. Typically, shipment occurs within 2-10 business days, with an estimated delivery time of 4-14 days within Germany. Deliveries to other countries may take longer.

Please measure your dog's neck with a soft tape measure, leaving about two fingers of space for comfort. Alternatively, use a piece of string and a ruler.
ENSURE CORRECT MEASUREMENTS; NO REFUNDS FOR INCORRECT MEASUREMENTS.

All products (except our pre-made products) are unique and handmade to your measurements.

The final lengths of the finished product may vary: collars +/- 2cm, leashes/safety belts +/- 10cm.

Some colours may only be available while supplies last. Colours may vary on your device due to different lighting and display settings.

Melted ends and burn marks are normal and part of the paracord manufacturing process; they are not a reason for return.
Safety Instructions:

550 Paracord is very strong (550 lbs / 249 kg breaking strength), but if your dog pulls strongly or jumps in the leash, we recommend using a harness instead of a collar to avoid injury to the dog or damage to the products.

The hardware of the products must be checked for cracks, faults, and damage before each use. Do not use damaged products.

Our products are made with great care, but please use common sense when applying them.

Do not leave your dogs unattended with our products. Use at your own risk.

Our products are not chew-proof. They are not toys. Do not leave your dog unattended with our products.

Car restraint systems should only be used in conjunction with a securely fitting harness. Attaching the restraint system to the collar can lead to strangulation, severe injuries, or death in the event of an accident.

Coupler leashes: Your dogs may need time to get used to walking with a leash like this. Use only under competent supervision.
Product Care:

Our Paracord is vegan, UV-resistant (note: Neon colours are not UV-resistant), and mould-resistant, as well as washable. It can be machine washed in a laundry bag at up to 30 degrees Celsius and air-dried.

Paracord should not be washed at higher temperatures or put in the dryer, as it could shrink or melt.

After use in salty or dirty water, we recommend rinsing it under clean, fresh water.

All prices on this website are listed in Euros or Australian Dollars (or if a currency conversion tool is used - in the local currency). No VAT/GST/sales tax is applicable, as we are small business owners according to § 19 UStG.

Our prices may be changed without prior notice. Prices on unpaid invoices and quotes are valid for 14 days from the invoice date and may be increased thereafter.
Shipping and Processing Time:

The processing and handling time of your order depends on various factors, such as the number of items you have ordered, whether we have all raw materials in stock, and the number of other orders received before yours.

It takes approximately 2 to 10 business days to manufacture your products. Shipping takes place on the day after completion, provided that this day is a working day; otherwise, it will be on the next working day.

All products are shipped with Deutsche Post or DHL. The shipping time depends on Deutsche Post or DHL and can take 2 to 14 business days. It may take longer for international shipments.

If shipping as a letter or parcel is selected at checkout, no tracking number will be provided.

If shipping as a package is selected, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number as soon as your package has been shipped.
Returns:

All products are specially crafted for you upon request and based on your measurements. Therefore, we regret that we cannot accept returns due to dissatisfaction, change of mind, or not fitting items.

If a product is defective, you must inform us within 14 days of receiving the goods. We will then organise a return, refund, or replacement within a reasonable time frame.

Report a defective product within 14 days of delivery to info(at)cords4paws.com, providing your invoice or order number, your name, your email address, and include a picture of the defective product.

Scope of Application These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all deliveries from Kim & Milly's Cords 4 Paws (hereinafter referred to as the Shop) to consumers. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose that cannot be attributed predominantly to their commercial or self-employed professional activity.

Conclusion of Contract3.1. The presentation of products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer but an invitation to order. 3.2. By clicking the [Buy/Order with obligation to pay] button, you place a binding order for the goods listed on the order page. Your purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order immediately after receiving it with an order confirmation by email.

Right of Withdrawal 4.1. If you are a consumer (i.e., a natural person who places the order for a purpose that cannot be attributed to your commercial or self-employed professional activity), you have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the legal provisions. 4.2. If you, as a consumer, make use of your right of withdrawal according to clause 4.1, you must bear the regular costs of returning the goods. 4.3. Withdrawal Right for Ready-Made Items:
For the purchase of ready-made items, the statutory withdrawal period and return regulation apply.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us [Kim & Milly's Cords 4 Paws, info(at)cords4paws.com, Mozartstr. 15, D-55450 Langenlonsheim] by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory. You can also electronically fill out and submit the sample withdrawal form or another clear statement on our website.
If you make use of this option, we will immediately (e.g., by email) send you a confirmation of the receipt of such a withdrawal.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us or Kim & Milly's Cords 4 Paws, Mozartstr. 15, D-55450 Langenlonsheim, immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal of this contract.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that is not necessary for checking the condition, properties, and functionality of the goods. - End of the withdrawal policy -

Prices and Shipping Costs 5.1. The prices stated on the product pages include no sales tax or other price components in accordance with § 19 UStG. 5.2. In addition to the prices stated, we charge the price selected at the checkout per order for delivery within Germany. The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you in the shopping cart system.

Delivery 6.1. Delivery is made within Germany with Deutsche Post or DHL. For shipments abroad, other shipping providers may be chosen. 6.2. The delivery time is up to 10 working days within Germany.

Payment 7.1. Payment is made exclusively by prepayment.

Retention of Title The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

Warranty for Defects We are liable for defects in accordance with the applicable statutory provisions, in particular §§ 434 ff. of the BGB.
